This morning's new music news; Tom Waits will release a new poetry/photography book documenting homeless people in March, The View have changed the name for their upcoming album and Snoop Dogg will be releasing tracks every Tuesday for a new series.

Tom Waits will release a poetry/photography book that explores the lives of homeless people called Hard Ground on March 1. One of the poems within the book entitled “Seeds on a Hard Ground” will be released as a limited-edition chapbook on February 22. All proceeds from the sale will go to benefit the homeless. Scottish band The View have changed the name of their upcoming album from The Best Lasts Forever to Bread And Circuses. The record’s first single “Grace” will be released March 7, while the entire album comes out a week later. [NME]

And Snoop Dogg will apparently be releasing a song every Tuesday in a new series called Puff Puff Pass Tuesdays. Earlier this week he released the track “El Lay”. [HipHopDX]
