This morning's new music news; The Dismemberment Plan will perform on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon next month before their reunion tour, Mother Mother will release a new LP in March and Damon Albarn has indicated this might be the last tour Gorillaz ever do.

After calling it quits in 2003 and reforming briefly four years later, The Dismemberment Plan will reunite this January for shows down south and will also reissue their album Emergency & I. Before the short tour kicks off, the band has announced they will be playing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on January 20. [Exclaim!]

Mother Mother will release their third full-length album entitled Eureka on March 15. The album’s first single is called “The Stand.” [Mother Mother]

And Damon Albarn has hinted the current Gorillaz tour might be the last. In an interview with The Age Albarn said, “This would be a wonderful point to leave Gorillaz, at the end of this tour, I think.” He later revealed the size of the band and the pace they are going at to be the reasons why he’s thinking of pulling the plug.
