Montreal’s Winter Gloves have just released their video for “Trap the Mouse”, the latest track off their recent and celebrated sophomore album, All Red.
Directed by Justin Lachance, the video sees the four piece maneuver through their hometown in reference to the song, playing in showers, hallways, kitchens and other small spaces until they reach the balcony outside. If you pay attention, you’ll notice the colour reflects the band’s eventual freedom, as a more subdued palette eventually gives way to the brightness of the great outdoors.
Winter Gloves recently completed a North American tour alongside label mates Born Ruffians, and are set to play a handful of dates in Ontario and Quebec beginning on November 10. Head here to watch Winter Gloves exclusive acoustic performance of Trap the Mouse on AUX.
