Last Thursday evening No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani presented her L.A.M.B. Spring 2011 runway show for New York Fashion Week and during the event her bandmate Tony Kanal shared some details of what the band have planned for the near future.

Speaking with Billboard, the bassist said No Doubt will be hitting the road again sometime soon following their reunion trek last year. “I think it’ll be even bigger,” Kanal said, “and when I say bigger I mean more shows and around the world.”

Currently the band are writing material for their first album since 2001’s Rock Steady.” I swear, we’re having more fun than we’ve ever had writing a record before,” Kanal said. “I think [because] it’s been a while, but also because we’re older…the fact that we’re still doing it together after 24 years — you know, working on music — I think we really appreciate that.”
