It’s an indisputable fact: No one loves vinyl as much as Jack White. And he continues to display his love for the format in different ways: He recorded and released the fastest 7-inch ever made. He released a record with hidden tracks beneath the centre labels. And yesterday, he showcased the capabilities of his Voice-O-Graph booth on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

The Voice-O-Graph is a bit larger than a phone booth—but not by much—and one performer can step in to record a song, which is pressed into vinyl in real time. Young demonstrated how the process works when he stepped in to record a cover of Willie Nelson’s “Crazy.” How much awesome is that?

Young, for his part, addressed Fallon’s famed impressions of the Harvest singer. And guess what? He liked ’em. Check out the full vid of White, Young, and Fallon below.
