Officials at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC have announced that Kraftwerk will give a series of performances for a retrospective of the electronic music pioneers in April.
Called “Kraftwerk-Retrospective 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8,” the band will work its way through eight performances, each a performance of one of the band’s albums and accompanied by projected 3D images, on consecutive evenings starting April 10.
They’ll also perform other original pieces intended to showcase the group’s influence on contemporary culture, according to the New York Times. The albums will be performed in chronological order.
