Watch Spike Jonze and Arcade Fire’s 'Scenes From The Suburbs'

by Ciaran Thompson

In just over a month, Arcade Fire will release the deluxe edition of their latest album The Suburbs, which includes two bonus tracks (“Culture War” and “Speaking in Tongues”) as well as the Spike Jonze-directed 30-minute film, Scenes From The Suburbs. The film “follows the narrator, living in a suburban dystopia, trying to piece together fragmented memories from when he was a teenager, and his experiences with his friends as they grow apart” and features songs by—you guessed it—Arcade Fire. It’s currently streaming in full for a limited time over at mubi.com.

The deluxe edition of The Suburbs will be released on August 2nd via Merge Records.
