Dave Chappelle was spotted singing his favourite Radiohead song again, this time at an Saturday Night Live afterparty.

Dave Chappelle had himself one hell of a weekend. On Saturday, he hosted Saturday Night Live, and delivered what many are calling the show’s best monologue in years. And then, a few hours later, he showed up at the after party and belted out his favourite song: Radiohead’s “Creep.”

He’s done this before. In February, Chappelle led a lengthy singalong of the Pablo Honey singalong at Erykah Badu’s 45th birthday party. About a month later, he swung by “Portland’s rock ‘n’ roll strip club” for its infamous “Stripparaoke” night. He sang “Creep” there, too.

And so it’s not surprising that ?uestlove captured the swole superstar hollering his favourite song hours after (and after-hours – this happened at, like, 5:30 in the morning) one of Saturday Night Live’s most talked about shows in decades.

It was, of course, not the best rendition. Clearly a little tipsy, and far from the best singer, Chappelle’s “Creep” remains rough around the edges, but hell if he doesn’t get the crowd hype when he performs it. And after Kate McKinnon’s sobering (and some would say cringeworthy) Leonard Cohen tribute, it’s the kind if lighthearted fun Saturday night (or Sunday morning?) clearly needed.

In a life full of highlights? I'm glad I waited til 5:22am for this….
