Childish Gambino's new album will be released on "virtual reality" vinyl

As for what that means... we aren't sure.
Childish Gambino, Donald Glover’s stage name as the sharp-tongued, quick-fire rapper, is releasing his third full-length record, Awaken, My Love! on December 2, and we’ve heard two very interesting cuts from the album already with the apocalyptic stoner-rock groove of “Me and Your Mama,” and the bonafide R&B screech of “Redbone.”
Now, we’ve got a little more information about the release. Gambino’s website has announced a limited edition “Virtual Reality Vinyl.” What does that even mean, Donald?
No one seems to know at this point. The “Virtual Reality” package, which also includes a poster and digital download, is retailing for $59.99 USD on his website, although a note at the bottom reads, “Vinyl pricing subject to change as package content is finalized.” So, maybe hold off for a minute.
