Coming soon to a cone near you: Soundgarden flavoured ice cream

When I hear “Black Hole Sun,” I rarely think to myself: “I wonder what that tastes like.”

If I did, however, I’d imagine it would taste like stale denim, sweat, and warm hairspray.

I’d be wrong, of course. Because now we know that the Soundgarden classic actually tastes like ice cream.

Full Tilt Ice Cream out of Seattle has announced that they’ll soon be selling “Black Hole Rum,” an unfortunately titled ice cream flavour inspired by the grunge icons.

We can’t wait to try it, much like we can’t wait for its healthier follow-up: Audio-shaved Ice. Black Hole Rum hits cones on October 30th.
