High-powered Hamilton garage-punks Flesh Rag recently released a new 7″ on local label Schizophrenic Records. Now, they’ve got a suitably scuzzy video for lead track “Stay Away”, which we’re premiering below.
Flesh Rag is composed of members of TV Freaks, Mystics, and Rocket Reducers, so you know their self-described “rock ‘n’ roll suicide psych” is on point. The trio’s Stooges/MC5 worship gets the perfect complement in their video for “Stay Away”, which features the band playing inside the world’s most tastefully sound-proofed practice space, along with a metric ton of film grain.
