Alfonso Ribeiro did the Carlton dance with Steph Curry & Justin Timberlake

Aw… looks like somebody’s got a case of the Mondays. Don’t worry buddy – we’ve got the cure for that, thanks to the gift that keeps on giving: 90’s TV sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

As if blessing us with ubiquitous reruns and the movie star version of Will Smith wasn’t enough, there’s also the curiously enduring vestige of Carlton Banks’ eponymous dance. To his credit, actor Alfonso Ribeiro has been super chill about being pestered to break out ‘The Carlton’ at pretty much every appearance he makes, but its latest appearance was more natural than the usual.

Over the weekend, Ribeiro and Justin Timberlake two participated in the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship, where spectators patiently waited through the golf bit to get to ‘The Carlton’ section of proceedings. For funsies, they unexpectedly added a third man to the dance party – two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry. We could do the whole “now we can see where he gets those moves on the court from!” bit, but let’s just get you to the video to cure them pesky Monday Mopes.
