A metal master riffs on the world's most recognizable four-second loops.

Outside of Julius Wechter, late-period Coil, and Brian Jones on “Under My Thumb”, no one’s done more to spread the gospel of the marimba than Apple. OK, MAYBE Apple’s exposed more people per capita to the glory of tuned percussion than any of those; I’m gonna go out on a limb and say Julius Wechter doesn’t have a user base of 800 million.

As cool as the marimba is, no one is citing the perc-tastic default iPhone ringtone as being particularly inspiring, but YouTube guitarist ‘Toxic Eternity’ aims to show people the error of their ways. Basing an entire metal composition around a 4-second loop is a tall order. but TxE’s up to the challenge:

Hmmm, sick metal chops and he looks like that? It’s 100% certain he’s got some Undertale covers on deck… yep. Anyway, not bad! Toxic Eterntity should team up with these guys.
