Blink-182 want to see some naked dudes. That's why they built this pool.

As former bandmate Tom DeLonge sorts out the mysteries of the cosmos, Blink-182 have been investigating their own quandaries. Namely, can a newly constructed pool attract some naked dudes.

The current line-up of Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Alkaline Trio gladiator Matt Skiba have released the track “Built The Pool” on YouTube. Clocking in at a notably brisk 14 seconds and glued together as one big-ass 10 hour looping track destined to give listeners of a certain age Limewire flashbacks, the tune is simply a peppy number about hoping to see hogs and buns. (Those rascals, etc.)

“Built The Pool” will be kicking around in non-looped form on the band’s upcoming album California, due out on July 1. It’s the first proper studio album from Blink-182 since 2011’s Neighborhoods.

If you’re in the mood to connect some dots, there’s a strong possibility that the 10-hour loop element of this “Built The Pool” debut is a nod to Nathan For You guru Nathan Fielder’s request for 10 hours of Tom DeLonge’s verse from “I Miss You.” This concept would later be birthed into existence thanks to the hustle of Twitter user Jon Herroon.

As for Jon’s reaction to Blink’s take on the 10-hour loop genre…

So there you go!
