Niagara Falls turned purple on the day of Prince's death

Fans around the world were shocked with the sudden death of Prince on April 21st. The news of the 57-year-old Purple One’s passing overshadowed every news story, music or otherwise, including the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth.

In a coincidence that just might be cosmic, Niagara Falls were turned purple in a tribute to the royal figure… but which one was it really for?
