Watch years of live performances seamlessly edited together.
The future of Rush remains up in the air following drummer Neil Peart’s retirement announcement, but they’ve left fans enough classic recordings to keep them going forever.
To celebrate the 35th anniversary of their 1981 album Moving Pictures, one tireless listener has seamlessly stitched together countless live performances of the band’s signature song, “Tom Sawyer.”
The AV Club shared the megamix by Rush megafan Adam Jones. He has edited together moments from a 12-year span starting with 2003’s Rush In Rio tour to the band’s most recent (and possibly final) R40 tour. Of course, there’s also an appearance from Lil’ Rush.
