Hold on, we're going home after a word from our sponsors.

Being the “global ambassador” for the Toronto Raptors has its perks and they extend beyond 10% off frings at Harvey’s. Drake knows this and that’s why he can do fun shit like join the Raptors announcer team.

The Degrassi alum joined play-by-play guy Matt Devlin and colour giant Leo Rautins on Saturday for a chunk of Toronto’s 111-107 victory over Detroit. Drizzy was jazzed by the 10 (soon to be 11) game win-streak for DeMar DeRozan and the Raps, which is a recommended look for someone playing the ambassador card. From the looks of things, Drake was having a ball and seemed pretty comfortable chiming in.

“Oh my goodness! I’m telling you! It’s big business, baby! They’re doing big business out here. Devlin’s cutting the cheques, man!” gushed the hip-hop luminary after Bismack Biyombo stuffed Pistons centre Aron Baynes.

We could get used to this. Check out Drake’s broadcasting chops in the video below:

Drake also released his new song “Summer Sixteen” over the weekend, and confirmed an April release date for his long-awaited album Views from the 6. So much for numerology theories.
