A partner at the Manhattan firm allegedly said Rihanna is “hot” because she’s “not too dark.”

A recently filed lawsuit against a celebrity financial management firm paints one of its partners as a total racist, sexist scumbag.

The legal action comes courtesy of a former employee that claims the Manhattan-based Flynn Family Office (FFO) was an environment of lewd behaviour with partner Alan Kufeld serving as a source of inappropriate conduct.

The New York Post reports that Kufeld is alleged to have said that FFO client Rihanna is “hot” because she’s “not too dark.” The suit also claims that Kufeld went on a “monologue on what Caribbean nationalities were the most attractive based on skin tone”, speaking about sex tourism and the “relative hotness” of Asian women.

The man who filed the suit, ex-FFO marketing head Robert Solomon, says he was fired for objecting to sexist comments in the office.

FFO, which serves other clients like Katie Holmes and Ellen Barkin, has stated that the claims levelled against them are without merit and that they will defend themselves vigourously.
