Prep your Carlton dancing accordingly.

It looks like we might be headed back to Bel-Air.

TVLine is reporting that Will Smith (alongside wife Jada Pinkett-Smith) is in the early stages of producing a reboot of his classic sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. ULA alums will be crushed to learn that the 46-year-old will not be returning to his role as the wisecracking Philly transplant and instead the update will “put a new spin on the fish-out-of-water tale while maintaining the spirit of the original series.”

No word yet on if “the spirit of the original series” includes Jazz continuing to be tossed out of the house.

According to TVLine, it hasn’t been revealed if the new Fresh Prince will be a straight-up reboot or possibly a revival/continuation of the original series. The show’s expected to be shopped around in the near future and if it doesn’t involve Willow Smith the internet will freak the hell out because why wouldn’t you want Willow onboard for this thing?
