O'Connor says she was defrauded of $130,000 and had some nasty words for her booking agent.

Sinead O’Connor can always be relied upon for some seriously intense social media behaviour – be it beefing with Miley Cyrus or declaring that Kim Kardashian’s Rolling Stone cover “murdered music.”

However, the latest targets of the Irish singer’s wrath aren’t fellow celebrities but her own management team, who she claims have been fucking up her finances something fierce. The straw that broke the camel’s back? Sinead claims that she was paid a grand total of €500 (approximately $725 Canadian) for three shows in Germany.

O’Connor posted the above image on Facebook, showing what she tells us is part of an insurance document. On it, you can see her band’s €13,500 fee, a similar €$12,000 free for crew, and production/agency costs that add up to €11,700. Amazingly, next to ‘Sinead O’Connor fee’ the number is a hell of a lot smaller – €500. This made her a bit displeased, to put it lightly.

In classic style, O’Connor accused her former agents of ‘ass raping’ her and assured that she would be bringing ‘massive negligence cases’ against them and her entire ‘now ex management team.’ She pointed out that artists do not make these financial agreements delightfully: “Our job is to shake our asses and sing nice. Management’s job is to fight off every cunt that wants to rip us off.” Adding insult to injury, O’Connor further claimed that she never received that €500 – rather, she ended up owing the agent €4,500. Replying to a commenter, she proved that her social media over-sharing game is still strong.

To be fair, if this is indeed accurate, Sinead has every reason to be royally pissed off. And considering how bent out of shape she gets with people who aren’t screwing her out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, her former management team should be very, very frightened.
