Feeling this (long distance plan).

Pop-punk vets Blink-182 have been soldiering on without Tom DeLonge in the mix, but the guitarist/vocalist/alien expert says there’s a way he could slide back into the band.

While promoting his irritatingly titled sci-fi literary offering Poet Anderson…Of Nightmares, DeLonge fielded a question on what it’d take to get him back into making music with his old band. The answer:

“Probably just a few phone calls,” he told the Comic-Con crowd.

If DeLonge’s in the mood to have things patched up before a new album comes out, action will have to be relatively swift. Earlier in the month, Mark Hoppus indicated that the band would be heading into the studio in August with Alkaline Trio’s Matt Skiba (DeLonge’s replacement).

As you might remember, DeLonge and Blink-182 parted ways at the start of 2015. It was murder on anyone that had Blink-182 commemorative plates.
