Some say a man’s bond with his barber runs deeper than any other. Those people are usually sporting fades, and usually from the 905.
Drake’s proving their point, however: Not only did he show up to his barber’s wedding last week and deliver a toast, he also performed a song for the happy couple. “You want me to turn up at your wedding at perform an unreleased track? This time, I got YOU, fam.” – Drake, to his barber, probably. Listen to a snippet of the performance here:
Yep, that sounds suitably Papi-ish. More interestingly though, the instrumental bears a striking similarity to Virginia rapper D.R.A.M.’s breakout hit “Cha Cha.” Is it a remix? A feature? A co-sign? Does anyone even care? Decide for yourself by comparing it below:
