These dudes are cutting off hipster man buns in act of vigilante justice

Is there an issue more divisive than the man bun? The answer is yes, of course, but nonetheless, the top knot is plenty controversial: To some, it’s the pinnacle of masculine beauty. To others, it’s a Jared Leto-bred hipster scourge to be removed from the planet at all costs. Take your pick.

The dudes in the video below firmly fall into the latter category—they absolutely hate the bun-bun. South Africa’s Derrick Watts and the Sunday Blues, who we’d initially assumed were a blues band, are a comedy troupe, and a ballsy one at that. They drove around in car spotting man buns, and when they found one, they took the scissors to it.

Now, we don’t recommend this brand of vigilante justice. We don’t promote their actions. And we encourage everyone to respect the space, and hairstyles, of others. But damn, is it ever funny. Check the  video below.
