Though the launch has already been delayed because the owners lost the gas tank.

Toronto is about to get a pun-heavy, rock and roll inspired food truck with the eventual introduction of The Rolling Stone, a barbecue hawking mobile eatery expected to be on the road by February.

An off-shoot of the Stone Cottage, Stone Corner and Stone Lion family of pubs, BlogTO reports that The Rolling Stone will “lean heavily on all crazy stuff that makes eating out of a truck fun,” which, uh… we’ll see.

The truck itself, the debut of which was delayed because its owners lost the gas tank, won’t be subtle: A picture of it reveals a few dad-joke Rolling Stones references, plus a picture of a literal rolling stone. Given the theme, we’d imagine the interior smells and looks like a mixture of burnt leather and cigarette smoke. No word on what colour bandana its driver will wear.
