Damn, have you seen Rick Ross lately? Dude is looking trim as heck! If you’ve been following his Instagram, Rozay’s been documenting his progress—and after dropping 100 pounds, he’s gone from resembling a heavily tattooed pear to the shit-brickhouse ex-correctional officer that he is. Kudos, Rick.
So, how did he pull it off? Well, according to a video he created with Funnyordie, it’s the Rossfit regimen, which involves—as he puts it—living like a Hood Billionaire, which just happens to be the name of his upcoming album. So, what’s Rossfit? It involves lifting heavy chains, eating wings (lemon and pepper only, obviously), and pouring champagne on strippers. Now that’s a workout we can get behind.
