Wu-Tang Clan reunite for surprise new single "Keep Watch"

How’s this for a hump-day surprise? Seemingly out of nowhere, Wu-Tang’s mostly reunited original line-up has come up with their first new track together in decades.
“Keep Watch” is more Wu-Tang Forever in scope than the 36 Chambers, but with its soul-driven hook and heavy bounce, that’s a pretty decent substitute for RZA’s infamous piano loops. And ultimately, it’s the old energy that carries the track, with Meth, Deck, GZA and Cappadonna all feeding off one another.
Even better news? Their reunion record A Better Tomorrow is finally good to go after a pretty lengthy struggle. Like Mitch Hurwitz with Arrested Development, RZA had said it was pretty hard getting the entire Wu-crew back together. But he did it, and, if we’re lucky, the result should be better than the Netflix original. If not? At least we’ll always have nostalgia.
