Tool’s Maynard James Keenan is a bit of an eccentric, and that’s us playing nice. From playing shows with his back turned to running his own winery, dude does things on his own terms. And while he’s written an entire song about Los Angeles sinking into the ocean, his house had a pretty miraculous view of the city’s iconic Hollywood sign.

We say “had” because he’s selling it, and it could be yours for a pinch under $3 million dollars. The problem? It’s pretty fucking ghastly. Not surprising given his artistic peculiarities, but considering Keenan’s past life as a budding, would-be interior designer, the intricate palate that litters his garish mansion is more than a little unnerving. Plus, like we said: it’s hideously ugly. Don’t believe us?

Okay, that’s not bad, right? But let’s see the interior that gives clout to the term “Tool House”

Uhh…

The listing says the property is a “unique” Meditteranean design, which isn’t what we’d go with, but lucky for you paint primer comes pretty cheap, and the house is apparently quite secluded with one hell of a view.
