It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Justin Vernon, better known as the brains behind Wisconsin’s faux-French folk progeny Bon Iver. But an enterprising Tumblr user hasn’t let his step back from the limelight limit his-or-her pet project: erotic fan fiction.

Much like Bon Iver’s music, the stories are largely inoffensive and fluttery, mimicking his vowel-heavy vocals with peppered tales of maple syrup and turnips. But it’s the subtlety that makes it work so well, and it has carried the parody for more than a year. With a 35-page archive, there’s no shortage of material here.
