As I’ve said before, obscurity could be the new trend in busting onto the scene. Well, if you can back it up with good music, that is.

A common trend in the posts by other bloggers about London songstress Fe is mentioning what little info exists about this artist. As bloggers, we really don’t need to much info to highlight a track or introduce an artist, but in this case, maybe a little more than what’s on her Facebook might suffice? Okay, lets stick with what we know. She is from London. Her “Biography” section actually says “Nothing.” Under “Description,” it says “A cloud dipped in vanilla.” The profile indicates that she performs “Seductive Pop” (which you can defintely hear in our track of the week below, “Let It Go”), while producing and writing on top of performing the music. We’re starting to get a picture here.

Speaking of pictures, we also know that she likes big hats.

For fans of Lana Del Rey, listen to Fe‘s elegant vocals through sparse piano and skittering percussion in “Let It Go.”
