Career criminal Chief Keef gets in trouble with the law with startling efficiency, and today the Chicago Tribune reports that the 18-year-old rapper is headed to jail after violating overlapping probations by testing positive for marijuana use.

Keeping track of just what he violated is tricky given Keef’s storied history with the law. In May he was arrested for smoking pot in public. Eight days later, Keef was booked for driving 110mph in a 55-zone with an unlawful amount of passengers in the car. He was given 18-months probation for the driving fine, but that didn’t factor in the probation he was already on for a 2011 incident when he pulled a gun on a cop. He violated that one, too, when he went to a gun range for an interview with Pitchfork.

Confused? The short and simple bit is this: Keef, on probabion(s), failed one of his random drug tests. As a result, he’s headed behind bars for 20-days, an interesting experiment for the finally-of-age troublemaker.
