The Game’s been quiet for a while, and for a rapper with a bit of a speckled past, that’s a good thing. But one consistency with the guy is that he’s seemingly a real solid dude, and his involvement in The Robin Hood Project only steps to prove that. The concept is simple: he’s going to give away $1 million by Christmas. Two days ago, he continued his pledge, donating $10,000 to the family of Tiana Ricks, a six year old girl who was shot and killed in Moreno Valley this past weekend.

The LA-loving rapper was in Australia when he heard that Ricks’ family was raising funds for her funeral. “I got her on a 3 way with my accountant & now I’m in the process of transferring $10,000 from my account to hers !!!!!” he wrote on Instagram.

And oh boy is her story a sad one. As Game says, she was shot while holding onto her fathers leg as a group of men opened fire on them both. She died not long after. Via TMZ, the Huffington Post says that the cost only covers half of the girl’s funeral, but $10,000 is better than zero.

As for the rest of the million, you can keep track of Game’s actions on his Instagram account. Other donations include $50 to a homeless Australian veteran, $100 to an Aussy aboriginal and so on and so forth.

Game, you’re one of the good ones.
