Watch Snoop Lion try to teach Larry King how to rap

Things don’t get off to the smoothest start when Larry King and Snoop Dogg or Lion or whatever sat down for the latter’s web show. When Larry King asks if there’s any Jewish rap stars, Snoop says no. Somewhere, Drake is sad, but then that’s likely the case anyways.

But then things get great. Or awful, depending on your taste. King asks Snoop to teach him how to rap, and the results are about what you’d expect with a 79-year-old newscaster tries his had at hip-hop for the first time. Still, you’ve got to love Larry. Ever known for his professionalism and marrying a bunch of times, King absolutely goes for it here.

It’s going to take a few minutes to really get going, and it’s massively awkward throughout, but you should still watch it. [via AVClub]
