Sometimes, you’ve got to make the best of your situation. Allegedly stranded (presumably on the runway) for hours without food, air conditioning or water, passengers of Allegiant Air flight 592 did what any heat-struck group of yuppies would do in such a situation: break into song.

Captured on video (above, via Gawker, via Reddit), the cabin grooves to the R. Kelly classic with repeated references to “the only black guy on the plane,” who can be seen initiating the singalong with a handheld set of speakers. And yes, obviously they only knew the chorus and the few words preceding it.

According to the video’s description on YouTube, “two people passed out, two vomited and to avoid a mutiny,” while the rest of the passengers “banded together in song.”
