Remember when the video for Kreayshawn’s “Gucci Gucci” set the Internet ablaze two years ago, landing the Bay Area art school rapper a recording contract with Columbia Records? Remember when the album came out last year, and sold less than four thousand copies, making it one of the worst major label flops of all time? Also, remember when she got pregnant? Kreayboy Bunny is flexing what little viral cache she has left, hosting a “cyber baby shower” where guests are encouraged to buy her gifts from her Babies R Us registry, or to contact her directly for an address where well-wishers can send miscellaneous personal items. I guess the label advance dried up a little sooner than Kreay anticipated. Check out the bizarro MS-Paint style collage invitation below:
