Ever-in trouble singer Chris Brown has found himself facing jail time yet again after being officially charged with two misdemeanors following an alleged hit and run in May.
The Hollywood Reporter says Brown was allegedly caught driving with an invalid license when he allegedly hit another vehicle. The court alleges that he failed to exchange proper information following the alleged accident, and that he could allegedly see 6-months behind bar if the charges go through. We should emphasize that this is all alleged. We wouldn’t want Chris Brown to send his lawyers after us.
While not normally jailable offenses, the charges could land Brown in the clink since he’s still on probation from that time in 2009 that he broke Rihanna’s face.
He’s denying that he did anything wrong on Twitter, calling anyone who writes him up as guilty “yellow” and threatening legal action. Here’s his little out-burst from yesterday:
It's not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous

I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene.

She contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown when I followed the proper procedures.

Up top you’ll find the profile picture he mentions.
Oh, and since we’re talking about the guy, Brown was also accused of assaulting a woman at an Anaheim lounge two days ago. We’re sure that’s not true either. It’s not like he has a history of this kind of thing.
