Snoop Lion admits to being a literal pimp in 2003, selling women to professional athletes

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Snoop Lion opened up about his pimping past. Those days are behind him now, but the shocking thing about this admission is that it wasn’t even that long ago. Snoop had already been a platinum selling rapper for ten years when he turned his pimping fantasies into a reality.

In 2003, Snoop did a Playboy tour, and had a “bus follow [him] with ten bitches on it” (his words), and at every stop, he would offer his harem of women to professional athletes and entertainers — for a price, of course. In typical poetic Snoop fashion, he told Rolling Stone they would go “city to city, titty to titty, hotel room to hotel room, athlete to athlete, entertainer to entertainer.”

He didn’t name any names, but he pointed out that his biggest customers were pro athletes: “If I’m in a city where the Denver Broncos or the Nuggets play, I get a couple of they players to come hang out, pick and choose, and whichever one you like comes with a number,” he says. “A lot of athletes bought pussy from me.”

For Snoop, it “was never about the money; it was about the fascination of being a pimp.” He says he would let the girls keep the money after they, um, performed their services. He added, “as a kid I dreamed of being a pimp, I dreamed of having cars and clothes and bitches to match. I said, ‘Fuck it — I’m finna do it.'”
