FREE MIXTAPE OF THE WEEK: Harry Fraud, 'High Tide'

French Montana’s “Shot Caller” didn’t get the traction it deserved. Harry Fraud produced the beat of the almost-anthem, an infectious banger that confirmed that his sexy “la musica de Harry Fraud” tag was ready to march beyond the mixtape circuit. It seems as if  Scion (Toyata’s super-savvy North American brand) caught wind of this and volunteered to sponsor this EP, High Tide. How nice.

Harry calls up a few of his favourite collaborators including fellow New Yorkers French Montana, Smoke DZA, and Action Bronson to turn in verses on a handful of eclectic tracks. While this joint is not as meaty as Mr. Fraud’s March mixtape, Adrift, the trippy duet “Yacht Lash” featuring self-professed “Rap Game I Dream Of Genie” Riff Raff and soon-to-be best rapper ever Earl Sweatshirt is an absolute must-have. Sure, it’s a bit of a hassle but go take the steps to download the shit (go here and do it!). Let’s keep this dude working.
