A venture that seems to be aimed at making the internet explode, BrooklynVegan reports that photographer Alexandra Crockett is hosting concerts in Portland in Seattle to raise money for her in-progress book Metaldudes Cats Book, which is exactly what it sounds like.
She’s hoping the book can be finished and out by April and is already seeling pins and t-shirts to help support it over at Etsy. According to BloodyDisgusting, bands with members who have volunteered to be in the book include: Municipal Waste, Morbid Angell, Xasthur, Cattle Decapitation, Exhumed and Isis. All proceeds from the book will benefit no-kill shelters across the U.S.

You want this to happen, right? Then you should donate to its IndieGogo campaign.
