Earlier this week, Mad Decent producer Munchi lambasted Azealia Banks on Twitter, claiming that she wasn’t authorized to use a beat he made for “Esta Noche,” a song that was intended to be a single from her Fantasea mixtape. Azealia has never been one to shy away from a beef, but it could be that her team is trying to bury this controversy by releasing a video for a different Fantasea track.

Azealia has never been one to shy away from a beef, but it could be that her team is trying to bury this controversy by releasing a video for a different Fantasea track.

Produced by North Carolina producer and frequent collaborator MACHINEDRUM, “Luxury” is a laid-back ’90s-inspired dance thumper. Remember when Azealia told us she no longer wanted to be a rapper? Well, she’s kind of keeping to her word; “Luxury” is less of a rap song, and more of a ’90s R&B/dance number. The accompanying black and white visuals show Azealia getting down on New York City streets and rooftops. As long as she keeps producing top quality music, it’s easy to forgive Azealia’s troublemaking tendencies.

Check out the video below. Azealia Banks will begin a sold out UK tour tomorrow night.
