Chris Brown has come out and defended his stupid new tattoo on Twitter, saying it was inspired by Mexico’s Day of the Dead and not that time he punched his girlfriend in the face and got away with it.

NOPE.

He also curiously tweeted this story on Perez Hilton, in which a friend of his says Chris loves Rihanna and isn’t “about to tat a bitch on him” because “that [isn’t] how he rolls.”

While the face might arguably share some accented similarities to the calaveras popularized by traditional Dia de los Muertos artwork, it’s still clearly a woman’s face. With a black eye. And a split lip. Like the one he gave Rihanna. And even if he’s telling the truth, which we’re not buying, poor judgement is still poor judgement. [via the Sun]
