Instead of opting for the "tough-guy wearing sunglasses" pose that seems popular in hip-hop today, on the album cover of O.N.I.F.C. (Only Niggas In First Class) Wiz Khalifa has donned a tiny fur coat (with his bare, tattooed chest peaking through, of course) and vintage American Flag-styled jeans, while sitting gingerly on an antique chair that looks like it belongs at your grandma's house. Wiz looks so high that he might not even be aware that there's a photographer in front of him.

Here it is, in all its glory. Instead of opting for the “tough-guy wearing sunglasses” pose that seems popular in hip-hop today, on the album cover of O.N.I.F.C. (Only Niggas In First Class) Wiz Khalifa has donned a tiny fur coat (with his bare, tattooed chest peaking through, of course) and vintage American Flag-styled jeans, while sitting gingerly on an antique chair that looks like it belongs at your grandma’s house. Wiz, on the other hand, looks so high that he might not even be aware that there’s a photographer in front of him. The distant look in his eyes, and the vintage colour treatment make the end result looks something like Prince’s self-titled album cover, which we obviously approve of:

The only thing that might make it better would be if Wiz was stroking a fat, fluffy, white lap cat, like a dainty Bond villain. This is easily our favourite hip-hop album cover of the year. Why? The answer becomes apparent when you stack it up against some of the covers for this year’s biggest hip-hop releases. Observe:

SO MANY TOUGH GUYS WEARING SUNGLASSES.

Thanks for breaking the mould, Wiz. O.N.I.F.C. has been pushed back from its anticipated August 28th release date, and is now set to drop on September 18th. Here’s hoping the music is at least half as good as that album cover.
