The details for Skrillex’s previously announced Canadian tour dates have emerged, and it involves much more than we could have anticipated: he’ll bring Grimes, Diplo, Pretty Lights, KOAN Sound, and Tokimonsta on a cross-Canada tour via train. Yes, just like anis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, and the Band did in 1970, and just like Mumford and Sons and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes did, like, yesterday.

The bands will make the trek from Toronto to Vancouver on a private passenger train, and will play outdoor venues in a festival-like setup. The Vancouver show at the PNE may be one of the last electronic bills to play there, as the city recently banned any further electronic shows there due to noise.

Check out the Full Flex Express tour dates below. [via Pitchfork]

07-13 Toronto, Ontario – Fort York
07-14 Ottawa, Ontario – Ottawa Blues Fest (Grimes will not appear on this stop)
07-15 Montreal, Quebec – Parc Jean Drapeau
07-18 Winnipeg, Manitoba – Shaw Park
07-20 Edmonton, Alberta – Kinsmen Park
07-22 Vancouver, British Columbia – PNE Coliseum
