Yesterday was the anniversary of Frank Sinatra’s death, and in the wake of the painful emotions that come with the loss of a father, Nancy Sinatra took to Twitter to rant about her evil stepmother.

Nancy says Frank Sinatra’s fourth wife, Barbara, wouldn’t let her be by her dad’s side while he was on her death bed.

“14 years ago today my father died and I was not given the chance to say goodbye. I will never forgive her for that. NEVER,” she tweeted.

She went onto call her stepmother “a horrible human being,” and in reply to a fan said that her father was asking for his kids with his final breaths.

“He asked “where are my children?” and his children didn’t know,” she said.

Obviously emotional over the issue, Nancy Sinatra continued, calling her stepmother “evil personified” and explaining her theories as to why she wasn’t allowed to say goodbye one last time.

“Because then obits couldn’t say ‘he died with his wife by his side’,” she tweeted.

Yikes. Barbara Sinatra (née Blakeley), Frank’s fourth wife, is still alive today. She’s 85. [via Contactmusic]
