Over the weekend, a brand new track from Believe leaked to the web. Though it's not getting an official single release in the near future, the club anthem "All Around The World" featuring Ludacris is the opening song on the record.

Over the weekend, a brand new track from Believe leaked to the web, and it looks like the Biebs and Luda are trying to re-capture the magic of “Baby” on this new collaboration.

Though it’s not getting an official single release in the near future, the club anthem “All Around The World” featuring Ludacris is the opening song on the record.

The track was produced by Canadian songwriter Nasri, who has worked extensively with Bieber in the past (“Never Say Never”), as well as Chris Brown, JoJo, Cody Simpson, and more.

This leak comes at the same time as the news that Justin Bieber has allegedly been charged for criminal battery, after a scuffle with a paparazzi. Eye witnesses at the scene said that the pap was blocking Justin & Selena’s car from leaving a Calabasas mall. After an altercation took place, witnesses say that a lawyer approached the photog and said that if he called an ambulance and the police, he could “get a lot of money out of the incident.” Scum!
