Watch Storm Corrosion's new video, "Drag Ropes"

Opeth singer Mikael Åkerfeldt and Porcupine Tree’s Steven Wilson were supposed to finally release their album as Storm Corrosion today, but since it was delayed, fans were treated to a video for its first single instead.
Animated by Jess Cope, the video for “Drag Ropes” is about as unnerving as the track itself, using shadow puppets to tell a ten minute tale of life and loss. It’s the first song the two wrote together for the project, as well as the lead track on Storm Corrosion’s upcoming, eponymously named debut. Which, if you’re wondering, should be out May 7th.
