Jay-Z actually signed Kosovo-born/current London native Rita Ora to the RocNation team back in 2010, but we’ve only been introduced to her music over the past few weeks. “R.I.P” was co-produced by both Norwegian pop-powerhouse StarGate and British electro producers Chase & Status. Rumour has it that this song was actually written by Drake, for Rihanna.

Jay-Z took to New York’s Z100 to debut the singer’s first single, “How We Do (Party)” last week, and she’s already rolled out a second single, this time featuring fellow Briton Tinie Tempah.

Before I heard that, I actually thought Ora was giving off a crazy RiRi vibe. What do you guys think? Is Jay-Z pissed at Rihanna for getting back with Chris Brown, and focussing his energy elsewhere?
