Bloc Party to play Osheaga

Look, we know the full line-up is coming later tonight, but we can’t help but jump on something like when a band leaks an announcement. Well, “leaks.” Whatever, still.

Bloc Party, who went through a bit of an identity crisis last fall, tweeted the news of their Osheaga appearance this morning. They’ll be joining the already announced Black Keys, Florence + the Machine, The Shins, Amadou & Mariam, Justice, and M83 at the Montreal festival, running August 3-5.

Bloc Party are also planning on releasing a new album this year. Big things!
