Was there some sort of secret music-world decision to only release animated videos today? We’ve already seen cartoon’d new clips from the Darkness and Bombay Bicycle Club, and M. Ward has also unveiled an animated video for new his song “The First Time I Ran Away.”
The song is taken from Ward’s upcoming album A Wasteland Companion, out April 10, and the video was directed by Joel Trussell. Watch the clip above.
