As reported back in December, Burial’s got a new EP out, Kindred, and “Loner” is its first single.
In conjunction with the EP’s release, a video for the song has been released. Directed by Miguel Bidarra & Inês Mendes, the video for “Loner” walks handily on the abstract side of things, though it fits the sound pretty well. In a lot of ways it’s like a professionally tailored WinAmp visualization, which is absolutely meant as a compliment.
