Earlier today, satirical music website Equalizer Magazine, which many have dubbed the Onion of the electronic music world, fooled people with a post suggesting that Burial and Four Tet are the same artist. The link did well on Reddit, captivated forum users, and even tricked quite a few people on Twitter. A quick glance at almost any other post on Equalizer would have given these Redditors, forum users, and Twitterers a clue that while the content on the site is hilarious, it’s definitely not factual. There’s even a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that states, “Content found within the site is entirely satirical. Conclusions drawn from content are incorrect and in no way based in fact. We encourage all readers to pay attention and verify sources before making impulsive tweets or Facebook updates about ridiculous headlines.”

Well trolled, Equalizer. Here are six more hilarious and ridiculous headlines, courtesy of Equalizer Mag.
